Mr. Shi Dinghuan
Shi Dinghuan comes from Hebei Province and is the promoter and disseminator of the new energy technology industry. Graduating from the Department of Engineering Physics dose and protection, he now serves as the State Department Counselor. He takes a long-term responsibility for the organization and implementation of technical plans and major project groups in national industry and high-tech sectors, for the planning and implementation of National Torch plans and high-tech zones, fo promoting the construction of science and technology business incubator, productivity Promotion Center, University Science and Technology Park and other institutions, and for the international scientific and technological cooperation in the area of energy and transportation. As a man of action, he made a significant contribution to the promotion and dissemination of international exchanges and cooperation in new energy technology. His achievements will be permanently loaded in Cambridge honors list of World Outstanding Chinese.
